OUR FACILITY
Our state-of-the-art facility allows us to provide the highest-quality dental care available in a relaxing, inviting, yet highly professional setting. At e.s.i. Healthy Dentistry, we have two main priorities: promoting your well-being, and ensuring your comfort. To this end, we have made sure that our office meets or surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. In addition, we do all that we can to create a comforting atmosphere, from the friendly service we provide to the amenities that we offer.
APPOINTMENTS
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome,especially for new patients seeking help. If you are preparing for your first visit, we encourage you to complete the necessary patient forms prior to your appointment.
CANCELLATION
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
The Dental Experience
From the moment you set foot in our dental office, the cascading waterfall will help you immediately feel at ease. Our dental office exudes a warm, welcoming feeling rather than a clinical one. We encourage patients to relax in our waiting area, and help themselves to the treats at our snack bar. Our blankets and warm neck wraps are more reminiscent of the amenities you’ll find at a spa than those you’d commonly encounter at a dental office. We also respect the value of our patients’ time, and offer wireless internet access in our lobby. In addition, we have installed TVs in the ceilings of our procedure rooms so that our patients can relax and be entertained during treatment.
